APC Is Suffering From “Acquired Self-Deceit Syndrome (ASS)” - Fayose

Ekiti State Governor, Mr Ayodele Fayose, has said Nigerians will never succumb to the deceit and falsehood of the All Progressives Congress (APC) on the likely outcome of the forthcoming general election.

He said:”It is self deceit taken too far for anyone to list Ekiti as part of states to be won by the APC in the Saturday’s presidential election.”

The governor urged Nigerians to disregard the orchestrated opinion polls being published since Saturday in some newspapers, adding that: “Fake opinion polls won’t assist the APC, the way it did not assist the party in the June 21, 2014 Ekiti governorship election.”

Claims on ING, Tinubu Hiding from His Own Shadow – Fani Kayode

The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP Presidential Campaign Organisation, PDPPCO Thursday took a swipe at the National leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC and former Governor of Lagos State, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, described as baseless and false his claims that the PDP and the Presidency offered him the position of vice president in an Interim National Government (ING) if he would dump his party’s Presidential candidate, General Muhhamdu Buhari, retd.

According to PDP, the government or the party was not in any way trying to frame Tinubu for murder and that no one from the government approached him to be the Vice President of anything, just as it described him as having sn overinflated opinion of himself.

In a statement by the Tinubu Media Office had said, “From what can be gathered through informed sources, the PDP and Jonathan Presidency had recently tried to fracture the APC by offering Tinubu the position of vice President in an interim government if he would agree to Part Company with the popular Buhari.

Once Tinubu rebuffed the offer to participate in the interim scheme, the presidency decided to change tactics. It would no longer try to entice Tinubu with sugar but would now move to silence and if necessary neutralize him.
